The Excitement is in the Air Ultimate Fitness Center Oxford St.   The ULTIMATE FITNESS family is excited to announce the newest location, Ultimate Fitness Center Oxford St. located at 635 Oxford St Suite E, Chula Vista CA 91911. Your Ultimate Fitness membership will include access to both the Oxford St. and 3rd  Avenue location. Ultimate Fitness Center has been successfully serving the community of Chula Vista since 1996. As a well respected business in the community, we are excited that our journey to expand with locations all throughout the Greater San Diego area will begin with the newest club being in Chula Vista. The new 18,000 sq. ft. club will feature a 3,000 sq. ft. group fitness floor designed to accommodate  Zumba, Full Body Fitness, and Core Specific, and Core Specific Boot Camp classes as well as Zumba Parties and Fitness events. The start is what stops most people from changing their habits to live a healthy life style. Reasons my vary from the fear change, fear long term contracts, the gym is intimidating, or  it seems like a “large investment” etc. Some how we claim to have a great and valid reason not to go to the gym and live a healthy life style.   The reality is that it is crucial to live a healthy lifestyle. There is more to the gym than getting that “BEACH BODY”.  It is important for us to be active and healthy in order to keep our blood pressure  and blood sugar with in healthy levels as we age.   Exercise should be used as a form of preventative health care for your body.  Too often we become stuck in our routine of excuses to justify why we can not work out or why we do not like the gym.
