With summer is right around the corner and the pandemic winding down, it looks like life is starting to get back on track.protein d
Many people are interested in doing out door activities this summer to make up for last year. Baseball games, amusement parks, the beach, or hiking, this list can go on and on. Outdoor sunlight has good health benefits such as Vitamin D, lowering stress, and improving mood.

Last summer was the first time, I went out to try surfing and fell in love with it. Surfing has become a hobby that I say to myself “I cannot believe I waited this long to try.” I also enjoy hiking and bike riding. My goal this year is to complete the SOCAL SIX PACK OF PEAKS CHALLENGE.
If there is an outdoor activity you have been thinking about trying, this is that sign to give it a shot. The purpose of the workout program is to help you live a healthy lifestyle. Incorporating outdoor recreational activities with your fitness program is very enjoyable. Be happy and live life to the fullest. There is a quote, “You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.”

Remember, if you going to be outdoors for a long period of time, drink plenty of water and wear sunscreen.  Your nutrition plays a very important role in keeping your skin healthy and looking youthful.  Add foods high in anti-oxidants and minerals to your nutrition regiment.
