We are excited to to be launching a brand new program for everyone training to prepare to the United States Navy PRT and Bootcamp. This program was designed by Ultimate Fitness Coach Houston Fry with sole purpose of preparing you to thrive and succeed in boot camp. There are 2 program options available.
Option 1:
Hybrid Training (Full Gym access, Group Fitness, and Online Coaching)
6 week online training which include 2 ways messaging, video exercise tutorials, onboarding that will include body measurements, meal prep guidelines, protein goal guide lines, sports performance/recovery nutrition and healthy recipes
6 weeks full access to Ultimate Fitness Imperial Beach (11,000 sq. ft. facility) and Ultimate Fitness Chula Vista (11,500 sq. ft. facility).
1 group training per week specifically focused on training for the Navy PRT

Online Training Only
